No – we’re proud to say that none of our products are tested on animals in any way.
Are your products Vegan friendly?
Yes – all of our products are formulated with natural, vegan friendly ingredients.
Are your products gluten-free?
All products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients; however, due to the manufacturing process, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten.
Why are your products so low cost compared to other brands?
We work directly with manufacturers and sell directly to you, the customer – this enables us to sell our products at such a low cost as there are no third-parties or middlemen.
Our business model allows us to sell premium quality cosmetics at a fraction of the price.

We aim to replenish all stock as quickly as possible – please contact us if there is a specific item you’re looking for, and our team will be able to let you know when it will be back in stock.
Delivery / Order Status
How much do you charge for delivery?
UK Delivery is charged at £1.99 for orders under £10.
All orders over £10 include free delivery (within the UK).
We offer a next day tracked delivery for £2.99 (within the UK).
For international orders, delivery is charged at £4.90, or free for orders over £30.
We also offer DHL Express delivery for £20.
How do I get free delivery?
For free delivery simply spend over £10 (UK) or £30 for International orders.

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

Yes! We ship Worldwide via two methods:
Tracked Economy (4 – 7 days) – £4.90 (free on orders over £30)
DHL Express (1 – 3 days) – £20
